I've been sleeping to this exact brown noise video for over 2 years now. There's never been one ad in the middle of it, until last night, 4 hours into sleeping there was an ad that woke me up from a good dream! I was so mad! I almost couldn't fall back to sleep, thankfully I did though.

Fell asleep and woke up at 3:56:50 (Probably when my airpods died☠️)

The last two nights my husband and I have been woken up after 5 hours due ads. Scared the crap out of me, and I wasn't able to get back to sleep. Someone left a comment that we could buy this track from the creator, and I couldn't be happier! I'm looking forward to a full night's rest tonight!

I love these but i gotta play a line between OVER stimulated and UNDER stimulated - Would it be a fair request you made playlist of the different isochronic tone patterns? This pattern is perfect, doesn't over do it, but i gotta click into your videos to see what pattern you gave them! If i knew all the songs that use this style or a couple of the others, at least avoid the constant UP style, i'd appreciate it!
